How to Submit Your Event

Got a great local event coming up? Whether it’s a festival, fundraiser, workshop, or market, we want to help you share it with the community! Use the form to submit your event to the What’s On Magazine event calendar.

  • Complete all required fields – Be sure to include the event title, description, start and end dates/times, and full location.

  • Select the correct calendar category to help people find your event easily.

  • Choose the appropriate recurrence if your event repeats.

  • Upload a featured image for your event:

    • Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

    • Recommended dimensions: 3:2 (landscape orientation)

    • Maximum file size: Under 500KB

If your event is already published and you need to make updates or changes, please do not submit a new listing. Instead, contact the What’s On Magazine team directly to request edits.

Once your form is submitted, our team will review and publish your event within 1–3 business days.
